Come Join Us!

Worship time 10 am Sunday mornings.
Fellowship is 11:15 Fellowship hour.

Members, friends and visitors join together in worship as the central activity which unites our congregation in faith. In our worship services we are renewed, healed, comforted, encouraged and uplifted by the Holy Spirit to take our faith into our daily lives, and to share Christ’s love with others.

Phil MilamWe follow the Revised Common Lectionary for our weekly Scripture lessons, which is a three-year calendar of Biblical readings used by most mainline denominations. Because we use the lectionary for our worship preparation and preaching, we join with Christians throughout the world in reflecting and praying upon the same Scriptures.

We are lifted in praise by the talents of our church musicians, who share their gifts in our choir, and as instrumental and vocal soloists. Our organ is brought to life each week by the capable hands of Debra Vogt or Barbara Taylor. If you like to sing, we would love for you to join our choir! Please check our calendar for rehearsal dates and times or speak with our choir director, Connie Pellman, for more information.

Prayer is an important aspect of our worship services. We believe in sharing our joys and concerns so that we may carry each other in prayer throughout the week, and pray for the needs of our community and world. We feel blessed that God has called us to a ministry of prayer.

Children are warmly welcomed in worship, and offered a children’s message with the pastor before they go to Sunday School. Once a month, the children’s choir sings for the congregation. The sacrament of Holy Communion is served the first Sunday of each month, and on other holy days.

If you have other questions about our worship services, please phone our church office (262-473-4101) and ask to speak with our pastor.
